We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Implementation Coach to join our team. The Program Implementation Coach will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized programming to our clients, as well as providing training and support to life coaches.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Implementation Coach to join our team. The Program Implementation Coach will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized programming to our clients, as well as providing training and support to life coaches.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client, their family, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive programming tailored to the individual's unique needs and goals.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform program development and monitor progress.
- Provide ongoing training and support to life coaches to ensure consistent implementation of programming and interventions.
- Conduct regular observations and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of programming and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic support for the client.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and interventions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals with diverse abilities, preferably in a coaching or mentoring capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and other team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to promoting inclusion, diversity, and equity in all aspects of service delivery.

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
